At Arvion Atelier, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

• Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• With all original tags, packaging, flyers, and invoice included
• Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

• We do not offer cash refunds.
• Approved returns may be eligible for:
• Exchange of size/product, or
• Store credit (depending on the case)

Return Process

• To request a return, contact our support team within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear pictures of the product.
• Once the return is approved, our team will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or washed products
• Products without tags or original packaging
• Customized or sale items

Delivery Issues

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please report it within 24 hours after delivery.
